Responsibilities

  • Partner with team members to track and update release status
  • Follow up on the release progress and bring the releases on track
  • Work with teams to identify and track release risks to closure
  • Identify and alert Leadership on release risks
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and communication of release and deployment plans using SharePoint
  • Help coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to release discussions
  • Gather the quality reports in a centralized location
  • Assist in development, maintenance, and communication of the weekly Release summary
  • Gather release metrics
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Release Ops Director or supervisor
