Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college to receive a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Expected graduation date of December 2024, May 2025, or December 2025
  • Must be able to go into the nearest PDL office location on Wednesdays with the potential to go in other days of the week

  • Tech savvy, comfortable with IT & Technology
  • Strong knowledge of retail and e-commerce operations and fulfillment execution
  • Strong business insight
  • Knowledge of Project Management practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems proactively
  • Ability to work with a diverse set of teams from IT to Store Operations, in both the Brands and support organizations

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the annual activity calendar showing all projects that will be originating within Fulfillment Strategy & Solutions
  • Create a standardized intake form for how Channel Development teams submit upcoming initiative details
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on how implementations could be streamlined and improved as it relates to process, communication and/or collaboration
  • Create post-implementation project packages detailing project overview, roll out plan, KPI’s, and opportunities for improvement
  • Help identify risks for any individual initiatives and create tools for risk mitigation, tracking, and execution
  • Role model partnership behaviors, build cross-functional connections, develop industry-leading expertise, put development front and center, and foster a culture of belonging
