Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college, university in the Orlando, Florida location.
  • The selected candidates will be required to commit to working 20-25 hours per week.
  • Must be able to commute to/from campus as their schedule permits and as the project requires.
  • Possess high attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and effectively communicate.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
  • Must be willing to learn new technologies and tools.
  • Effective ability to organize and prioritize tasks are required.
  • Must be proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project).
  • The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a national agency check and background investigation.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with various research projects, data entry, reporting and office administration tasks while receiving valuable on-the-job training.
  • Supports day-to-day operations.
  • Conducts research on various topics and gathers relevant information.
  • Assists with creative projects and data-gathering for reports using Excel, Publisher, and other software programs.
  • Assists with presentations of required project briefings.
  • Provides status updates upon request.
  • Assists with process documentation and process improvements.
  • Assists with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
