Requirements

  • Experience in performing cost management, planning, scheduling and other project controls functions for large capital projects.
  • Experience in reviewing Contractor’s Request for Payments.
  • Knowledge in project control fundamentals with superior analytical skills and expertise in financial analysis, schedule analysis, and budgeting methodologies.
  • Experience in developing/enhancing and implementing standards.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word and SharePoint is essential.
  • Experience with Construction Management Software (Oracle, Prolog, etc.) is essential.
  • Limited travel may be required for this position.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program
  • 0-2 years’ experience

Responsibilities

  • The Project Controls Intern will assist with the analysis of project cost, schedule and delivery status for a large transit project. The Project Controls Intern will participate in the tracking, analysis and reporting on projects varying size and complexity. The Project Controls Intern will participate in the development of reports and presentations summarizing project costs.
