Requirements

  • The ideal candidate for this position will bring a combination of the following skills and qualifications:
  • Currently in the second year or later in a technical or project management related Bachelor’s program at a college or university.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in making decisions on work priorities.
  • Problem solver capable of independent work when provided a task.
  • Ability to confidently escalate concerns to the leaders in the team if necessary.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to lift and transport parts between buildings and in inventory cage.

Responsibilities

  • In this dynamic role, you'll be utilized to support day-to-day activities for both projects and the inventory cage while having learning opportunities and exposure to Project Coordination and Project Management areas of the business. Your daily activities will include:
  • Support input, output and audits in engineering inventory/prototype cage
  • Support Project Managers in shipping and receiving of components between global engineering locations
  • Support Project Managers in developing project management deliverables including but not limited to meeting minutes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, project reporting
  • Support Project Managers in execution of projects
