  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related discipline

  • Desired Skills:
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills. The ability to work autonomously when provided work instructions.
  • Knowledge of formal problem solving methodologies, and ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will participate within the Return to Work (RTW) team. Primary focus will be metrics creation/sustainment, executive presentation skills, support IAM production employee opportunities for alternative work, lean concepts and 6S. You will serve as a liaison for the RTW team and area Leadership team to assesses project issues, develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and Production Operations goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Engineering/Supply Chain/Operations Management/Environmental Safety & Health and possess requisite skills and abilities for development.
