Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Lead Technical Project Manager to assist with overall project and program execution, including the following:
  • Overall project/program Scope & Risk management
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation strategies
  • Project tracking and timely status reporting
  • Change control process administration
  • Participate in other project related tasks which may include the following:
  • Assist with software functional testing
  • Assist with software testing lab environment set up
  • Data gathering and analysis, collecting images and/or videos for algorithm training purposes
  • Review project documents (Solution Definition Documents, Business Requirement Documents, User Guides, etc.) and provide comments & updates
  • Support and improve team processes and resources (e.g. Organization of SharePoint site)
  • Assist with team related events, scheduling, etc.
  • Assist in creating contracts, Statements of Work, etc. as needed
  • Assist with Innovation team purchase requests / purchase orders as needed
