Responsibilities

  • Assist in the monitoring of the project scope, budget, and schedule
  • Assist in project coordination between various design teams
  • Support in resolving design challenges with internal and external collaborators
  • Assist with preparation and distribution of client submittals, reports, presentations, analysis, guidelines, and project plans
  • Prepare meeting minutes, presentation materials, organization charts, risk registers, trackers or other project documentation as needed
  • Support the creation of various management plans and reporting dashboards required for the project
  • Support the wider project team in resolution of client and collaborator comments
  • Develop, with the oversight of the Project Manager, change documentation or other contractual documents between the client and the design team
  • Prepare, track, and resolve requests for information (RFI) in liaison with the design team and the client to ensure the design team has the information required to complete the design
  • Support the Project Manager with project reporting, as the need arises
  • Support in the delivery of high quality, coordinated, on time deliverables that meet the project intent and client needs
  • Research and develop broad technical knowledge and awareness to facilitate management of technical teams
  • Apply project management techniques, systems, procedures, and tools to meet project objectives
