Responsibilities

  • Assure successful completion of assigned projects by constant direct management and oversight from beginning to end.
  • Serve as the interface between R&D, Manufacturing, procurement, partnering suppliers and other key functional groups to develop, generate, and execute project plans to transition products to production.
  • Manage NPI builds plan and schedule and coordinate material, assemblies and product requirements with all involved parties including Marketing, R&D, Production Engineering, Material, Procurement and Contract Manufacturing.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes related to project management and new product development.
  • Analyze project trade-offs and requests changes in scope, schedule and resources when needed.
  • Communicates effectively to management as required to provide a clear understanding of project status, risks, and decisions.
