Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Real Estate, or related degree program
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management software is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Knowledge of property management principles and practices is preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential property-related information with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Property Management team in coordinating day-to-day operations for various properties
  • Support the preparation of reports, documentation, and communication materials
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate and up-to-date property records
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating property-related events and programs
  • Liaise with tenants, vendors, and property owners to address inquiries and concerns
  • Participate in property inspections and assist in identifying maintenance needs
  • Aid in the leasing process, including conducting property showings and processing applications
  • Maintain and update key performance indicators for Property Management
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination
