Requirements

The Must-Haves:
You will be a rising Junior or Senior at an accredited university or college in May 2024.
You’re available to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks from May 20 – July 26, 2024.
You will be located in North Carolina during the internship program.
You’re legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.

Responsibilities

The Dental Provider Contracting team drives the growth of our dental provider network. We work to identify dentists for recruitment, provide pricing analytics, contract, and onboard dental offices to ensure a remarkable experience with Blue Cross NC and other Blue Cross Plans. We are a team that delivers results and values relationships. As the Provider Network Development Intern, you will engage in dental office outreach, analytics, strategy, process documentation, marketing and promotion execution.
