Requirements

  • A Masters degree and doctoral level training in clinical or school psychology.
  • 2 - 3 years of part-time pre-doctoral clinical experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts intake evaluations
  • Provides individual, group and family therapy
  • Provides parental counseling
  • Provides supervision of psychology externs
  • Attends didactic classes/seminars for trainees
  • Conducts psychologist testing
  • Writes psychological reports
  • Provides case management services
  • Prepares clinical notes and correspondent
  • Maintains accurate, up-to-date clinical charts
  • Participates in team meetings
