Requirements

  • You’ll need to be in your penultimate year of university (graduating in 2025) and be studying for a relevant STEM degree.
  • We would also like to see:
  • A passion and desire to pursue a career in QA and Software Testing or desire to understand more about QA to build a solid foundation for your technical career
  • An understanding of QA’s role in a wider technology team
  • Engaging communication and interpersonal skills – we value great teamwork and collaboration
  • A genuine interest for building a career in financial technology (FinTech)
  • Solid technical and problem-solving skills; you’ll need to be comfortable handling complex information with accuracy and great attention to detail
  • A passion for continued learning – this is crucial in an industry driven by tech evolution

Responsibilities

  • During this time, we will provide you with full exposure to the inner workings of the Quality Assurance team. You’ll be hands-on supporting live projects and will be supporting the team to meet key deadlines.
  • You may find yourself immersed in a sprint cycle needing to collaborate across teams and office locations as well as learning more about how QA directly impacts the performance and uptime of EquiLend's systems.
