The primary responsibility is to contribute within the Retail Innovation Team to aid with the development and automation testing of Toshiba’s Point of Sale (POS) solutions.
What educational background is required for this internship?
Candidates must be currently pursuing a Computer Science or Engineering major in undergraduate or postgraduate studies.
What programming languages should I be familiar with?
Candidates should have a fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming in Java and data structures.
Are there any preferred skills for this position?
Yes, preferred skills include understanding software test methodologies, test automation knowledge (such as Junit, Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, Jenkins, Postman, and TestNG).
What processing tools or methodologies will the intern be exposed to?
The intern will assist with automation/API testing using tools like Cucumber and perform maintenance regression software tests.
