  • Company is looking for an undergraduate student who preferably is majoring in Business, Logistics, Contract Logistics, Sales, Business Development, and/or Logistics Engineering. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web usage, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • - Assemble our Monthly Real Estate Dashboard
  • - Assist in obtaining Business Licenses for our current buildings and yards.
  • - Assist with our Usable square footage project which involves measuring our buildings in the southern California area.
  • - Attending various meetings which include our brokers, other departments, and upper management.
  • - Intern will oversee our Racked Square footage project which requires measuring the racked space in each of our buildings with our assistance.
  • - Assist with lease administration database updates.
  • - Assist with various tasks as they come up.
