Responsibilities

  • Key responsibilities for the working student will include:
  • Asset Management
  • Oversee the implementation of refurbishment measures as established in the business plan, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets.
  • Contribute to leasing activities with new and existing tenants.
  • Work with property and facility managers to ensure effective management, operational efficiency, and tenant satisfaction.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, including internal and external reporting to stakeholders and investors, ensuring timely and transparent communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with board members to keep them informed and aligned with the project's objectives and progress.
  • Fund Management Support:
  • Assist in fund-level performance reporting and valuation updates.
  • Support the preparation of materials for investor relations, including quarterly reports and annual reviews.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects, including preparing investor presentations and supporting fundraising initiatives.
  • Participation in internal and external meetings
  • Support with ad hoc requests
