Responsibilities

  • Craft engaging and authentic job advertisements that will appeal to our ideal candidates and drive application volume, ensuring that all ads are on brand and optimized for the appropriate channel and that all internal processes are followed
  • Supporting the hiring process by ensuring quality control of requisitions at point of creation and completing assigned audits
  • Creating and managing calendars for employer branding projects including awards and editorial opportunities
  • Researching and analyzing employer branding trends including competitor analysis, careers site data, sentiment analysis, and other relevant data
  • Compiling employer brand data including employee reviews into digestible reports to be shared with internal stakeholders
  • Updating our careers site as requested to add event promotion or new team member stories, among other changes
  • Conducting internal outreach to obtain new team member stories to be used in marketing materials; reviewing available library to identify gaps or opportunities to reuse existing story materials
  • Adding and removing leads from the CRM, ensuring data is kept clean and organized
  • Analyzing paid channel performance alongside website or related online platform data to identify key trends and recommend optimizations
  • Create on-brand, attractive content as requested to support our recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns including job descriptions, career stories, and careers site copy
  • Supporting team members as needed with research and execution of other projects or administrative tasks
