Requirements

  • Education Qualifications:
  • Required Minimum: Enrolled in a 4-year college degree, Pursuing a degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Digital Editing, Digital Photography, Video Production, Media Arts, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Currently a Junior or Senior
  • Experience Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Previous video editing or graphic design internship experience preferred; experience in food service industry also a plus
  • Required Knowledge, Skills or Abilities:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem-solving ability
  • Well-organized and a self-starter
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to accept and respond to constructive feedback

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the Recruitment Marketing team to develop multi-media content, including videos, photos, graphics, and animations, supporting our multi-channel strategy to attract and engage prospective candidates.
  • Video Production: Participate in all aspects of video production, including storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production, to create captivating recruitment videos and employee testimonials.
  • Storytelling: Assist in crafting compelling narratives that highlight our company culture, values, and career opportunities to resonate with target audiences.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in multi-media development, talent attraction, and recruitment marketing to propose innovative ideas and strategies.
  • Capture the Experience: Capture the Inspire Brands internship experience; partner with Corporate Communications on intern photos/videos; gather intern testimonials.
