Yes, this is a full-time role with a hybrid work schedule.
Will travel be required for this position?
Yes, flexibility to travel to our home office in Rolling Meadows, IL, five times for training is required, and all travel expenses will be covered by Gallagher Re.
What educational requirement is needed for this role?
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Are there opportunities for professional development?
Yes, participants will have the chance to attend web-based and in-person seminars to expand their industry knowledge and work towards attaining their P&C license and ARe designation within specified timeframes.
What software proficiency is required for applicants?
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required, along with strong technological proficiency for using various software.
Will there be any mentorship opportunities during the program?
Yes, participants will have direct access to an extensive network of supportive mentors and trainers.
Are there any specific skills that would be beneficial for applicants?
Previous internship or work experience in a related field, as well as knowledge of or curiosity about the reinsurance broking and risk management industry, are considered nice-to-haves.
