You should have a background in Material Science or Statistics, experience in analyzing large data sets, skills in JMP/Minitab/Matlab, and an interest in semiconductor reliability and FIT/DPPM calculations for this internship.

You will analyze wearout and random FIT data for semiconductor devices, fit reliability degradation models to electro optical measurements, derive critical parameters, calculate FIT estimates, and summarize findings in PowerPoint for diverse audiences.
