Requirements

Obtained PhD in machine learning, statistics, computer science, applied mathematics, optimization, etc., and welcoming outstanding masters with equivalent research experience;
Excellent research background and achievements, strong interest in basic theory and algorithm, strong business modelling capability; Creative thinking, able to turn new ideas into engineering applications; enthusiastic about research work, good team spirit and communication skills;
Have published papers in high-level international conferences (ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, etc.) and academic journals, or have experience in high-level competitions;
Strong programming skills, proficient in mainstream programming languages, such as C++/Java/Python, and deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch/TensorFlow.

Responsibilities

Engaged in basic AI research, including basic AI theories and advanced technologies, and publishing high-quality research results;
Participated in research projects including OOD generalization theory, deep learning theory, self-supervised learning theory, few-shot learning, generative AI, 3D representation and reconstruction, data compression, semantic communication, AI fairness, interpretability, privacy protection, optimization theory, AI4Math, AI4Science, and other frontier topics;
Explore AI applications, including autopilot, smart terminals, AI data compression, and semantic communication.
