Description

  • We are recruiting a Research Intern to support the TDI (TOMs, Data & Insight) team at Social Value Portal. The ideal candidate will be an undergraduate or recent graduate in Economics, Sustainable Development, or a related field. This is a great opportunity to gain first-hand professional in a fast-growing field in a 6-12 month position that could lead to permanent employment. 
  • The successful candidate will support the Researchers and Senior Researchers in driving the design and implementation of new innovative solutions. You will also promote the delivery of Social Value by providing training to internal and external stakeholders. 

Requirements

  • Project management and research management skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • A curious mind and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong desire to make a difference.
  • Previous experience in one of following fields is a plus: environment- or socioeconomics, sustainability development, evaluation principles.

  • Conduct research tasks with minimal or no supervision both independently or as part of the team.
  • Review of literature and models.
  • Analysis and evaluation of quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Write basic reports.
