The candidate must be a rising junior or senior enrolled in an undergraduate program in economics, public policy, psychology, sociology, human development, or a related social science field. They should possess strong written and oral communication skills and have experience in conducting literature reviews and supporting primary data collection. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also required.

The Research Intern will be responsible for conducting background research, literature reviews, and synthesizing key findings. They will also contribute to product development, support proposal development activities, and complete quick turnaround requests to support the ORER team.
