Requirements

  • Qualifications:
  • Be enrolled in a Master's or Ph.D. program in computer vision, visual computing, or related disciplines.
  • Have a strong background in computer vision, numerical optimization, and linear algebra.
  • Ability to conduct independent research (literature review and prototyping) with minimum supervision.
  • Have research experience demonstrated through implementing methods from top-tier conferences in computer vision, computational photography, and deep learning.
  • Be familiar with generative models for image synthesis and computational photography techniques.
  • Have extensive experience with DL frameworks such as PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
  • Excellent coding skills in Python.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Research experience with demonstrated publication record at top-tier conferences in computer vision/graphics, and deep learning such as ICCV, CVPR, and SIGGRAPH.
  • Has experience with GANs and diffusion models, especially facial image editing and video-to-video translation methods.
  • Good knowledge of computational photography techniques, including but not limited to image deblurring/denoising, image enhancement, refocus, and color transfer.
  • Familiarity with neural style transfer techniques for image and video synthesis.
  • This internship has a flexible start date, yet immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • As a research scientist intern in the computer vision team at Flawless, you will work with a close-knit, passionate group of world-class researchers and scientists to tackle some of the most challenging problems in generative neural rendering, including video face editing in-the-wild.
