Requirements

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Temporary Permit Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Indiana Respiratory Care Committee obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date -Or- Student Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Indiana Respiratory Care Committee obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Education:
  • High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.
  • Additional Preferences:
  • Must be enrolled in a Respiratory Therapy Program and maintain passing grades while employed.
  • Must have an Indiana Respiratory Student Intern license prior to starting.
