What is the duration of the Risk & Compliance Intern Programme 2025?
The programme lasts for 10 weeks, from July to September 2025.
Where will the internship be based?
The internship is primarily based in our Milton Keynes head office, but placements may also involve travel to teams in London or Manchester.
What qualifications are required to apply for this internship?
Applicants must be penultimate year students with a predicted pass in any degree subject and have achieved 112 UCAS points (from the top 3 A Level grades or equivalent, excluding General Studies and Extended Project).
What types of roles will interns be rotated through?
Interns will be allocated to various Risk & Compliance areas including Credit Risk, Treasury Risk & Analytics, Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance, and Economic Crime Risk.
Is there a possibility of a graduate position after the internship?
Yes, successful interns may have the opportunity to convert to a Risk & Compliance graduate position within Santander UK in 2026.
