Requirements

  • Currently attending college or university pursing a degree in the above listed degrees or a recent graduate.
  • Possess a high level of organizational skills and be detail oriented.
  • Possess solid oral and written communication skills.
  • Be social media savvy.
  • Be able to operate standard office equipment.
  • Be able to multi-task and meet established deadlines.
  • Possess an interest in Marketing, Event and Social Media.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Insurance and Risk data management including use of Risk Management Information System (RMIS currently Rennroc).
  • Improving flowthrough of insurance coverage and claims related data with Corporate and Opcos
  • Data Analytics in preparation for upcoming renewals
  • Assist with documentation of policies and procedures for risk management areas including:
  • Lines of coverage:
  • Casualty (General Liability, Auto, Umbrella, Workers Comp, etc.)
  • Property and Throughput
  • Directors & Officers and Fiduciary
  • Cyber
  • Environmental, Health and Safety
  • Others
  • Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives
  • Collaboration with other Corporate and companywide interns on best practices
