Responsibilities

  • Monitors technology risk and compliance, and develops, delivers, maintains and monitors IT policies, standards, and best practices. Oversees compliance and the implementation of design (up-to-date standard operating procedures) and operational (testing the validity of procedures periodically) effectiveness.
  • Responsible for managing risks to the company, its customers, shareholders, employees, and assets. Strives to identify and mitigate potential risk (e.g. strategic, financial, operational, legal/ regulatory, brand/ reputation) to the company and provides risk management analysis, support, coordination, and oversight.
  • Responsible for the development, delivery, maintenance or monitoring of IT security policies, standards, and best practices. Implements risk management procedures, performs security threat assessments, manages user identities and access, and oversees compliance.
