Requirements

  • Current pursuit of a MBA/Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Marketing and/or Software Engineering
  • Passion for product management and driving voice of customer
  • Familiarity in documenting business requirements and identifying acceptance success criteria
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bonus: Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud infrastructure
  • Double Bonus: Ability to create lightweight, web-based applications (mobile device development not necessary, and this is only for internal consumption), and data analytics acumen

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements and their acceptance success criteria
  • Work in collaboration with other product managers to define, build and scale digital solutions
  • Communicate requirements across multiple Agile Software Development teams
  • Build tools/capabilities to improve product/program management function
  • Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by collaborating across the organization to support cross-company product initiatives
  • Demo product deliverables to management and/or executive stakeholders

Students currently enrolled in either an MBA or Master’s program focused on Product Management/Engineering Management/Strategy/Analytics, etc. Bachelor’s degree students ideally pursuing a business, marketing, or software engineering discipline may also be considered.

The intern will work closely with other product managers to define, build, and scale digital solutions. Responsibilities may include supporting the structuring of as a Service offerings, developing marketing collateral messaging, refining pricing models, collaborating with engineering teams, gathering data for business cases, capturing VOC, and more.
