Requirements

  • Students with an interest in luxury fashion and Communications
  • Marketing and/or Advertising and would prefer candidates with prior corporate office experience
  • Candidates must be able to commit to at least 3-4 full days a week.

Responsibilities

  • You will be supporting the Public Relations Manager, VIP Manager, Public Relations Coordinator and Media Coordinator in their daily activities. You will also be maintaining the organization of the sample closet, showroom and magazine archive.

  • Assisting with sample trafficking for editorial shoots and coordinating local messenger services
  • Reviewing national and local publications and websites for editorial credits on a daily basis
  • Assisting with daily digital and weekly print + digital press reviews
  • VIP:
  • Assisting with sample trafficking for VIP dressing initiatives and coordinating local messenger services
  • Assisting with gifting initiatives and creating VIP decks
  • Scan wires and social media for celebrity coverage
  • Media:
  • Compile screenshot reports for paid social media campaigns
  • Monitor and track print positioning for Saint Laurent and its competitors
  • Manage and organize print media archive
