  • Anticiper les aléas de la demande du retail (ouverture de magasin, pic des ventes, fermeture d’entrepôt, etc.)
  • Proposer des stratégies d’ajustement de stock à travers les magasins et les régions : transferts entre magasins et inter régions
  • Garantir une couverture de stock satisfaisante aux entrepôts central et régionaux en accord avec la politique centrale.
