Responsibilities

  • Intern will coordinate and perform administrative and operational functions in the branch as per company policy and guidelines to ensure smooth day to day operation of the branch.
  • Creates and updates customer electronic files for Customer Manager and Metal & Energy Market Manager.
  • Responsible for performing daily administrative tasks which may include but not limited to completing or updating client files.
  • Conduct oversight and tracking of ISO containers when they arrive onsite for filling with products and dispatching of them.
  • Maintains integrity of client file information by electronically documenting it in a timely manner.
  • Database management, data export and uploading to online systems.
  • Assisting Sales Representatives and supporting them with administrative tasks they require support in.
