Requirements

  • Student who has successfully passed first semesters in economics, business or related fields
  • Strong interest in sales, channel and marketing in the field of B2B
  • English is required, good knowledge of German and other languages is an asset
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Self-motivated and creative team-player with a high level of independence and an open-minded personality
  • Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
  • Available full-time for six months as of now

Responsibilities

  • Become a team member of the world’s largest adhesives producer with a unique portfolio of breakthrough innovations, tailor-made solutions and strong brands in adhesives, sealants and functional coatings
  • Support our Sales and Channel Excellence team within the industrials division of the Henkel Adhesive Technologies team in Düsseldorf
  • Collaborate with our Sales and Channel Excellence team in all focus areas and gain detailed insights into the exciting world of our B2B-business with large clients, e.g. in the aerospace, telecommunication and medical sector
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of global strategic projects with the main focus to become more customer centric and optimize the performance of our sales teams
  • Steer your own project within one of our team’s focus areas and drive change throughout our global organization
  • Put to practice analytical skills through analyzing (customer) data
  • Process obtained data into useful information and convincing arguments and help to prepare presentations for our leadership team
