  • Education: Currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education or similar
  • Preferred Requirements:
  • Work experience: 0-1 Years.
  • Considering a career in technology, sales or corporate training and development
  • Organized, resourceful problem-solver, reliable team-player, quick learner, demonstrated high attention to detail, and follow-through to project completion
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of process mapping and data analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Learning and Content Management Systems a plus, must be comfortable learning new technology
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment

Sales & Business Development


  • Support the goals and initiatives of Dynatrace’s Sales Onboarding team, whose mission is to accelerate the readiness and effectiveness of our Global Sales Organization
  • Identify gaps in training content and assist in building a library of presentation decks, one-pagers, case studies and baseline content that can be used for training
  • Seek to actively identify and document best practices and process improvements that can be implemented to drive efficiencies
  • Conduct field analysis by meeting with reps and provide remediation recommendations for impediments to seller success. Collect data to answer questions such as what tools are reps using? How can the sales process be optimized? What behaviors do successful and less successful reps exhibit?
  • The Sales Enablement Intern will partner with sales leadership and will gain hands-on industry experience in the training and development field.
