  • The Sales & Field Operations Intern works with multiple Sales Operations (Corporate) departments to support and develop various special projects and programs, conduct analyses/studies/trends, and develop executive presentations. This internship is a 10-week, full-time opportunity at Kia America’s Irvine headquarters. The position is hybrid with one remote day per week.


  • Education/Certification:
  • Enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program required.
  • Overall Experience:
  • Prior internship experience a plus
  • Skills:
  • Good presentation skills a plus
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Sales & Business Development


  • Develop reports to support program operations and management.
  • Analyze data, conduct Industry studies, and identify trends.
  • Support special projects as determined by the business.
  • Develop executive presentations using analyses and data to support new initiatives.
  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor. This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed, as necessary
