  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, or similar software.
  • Interest in pursuing a career as an Incentive Analyst or related field.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and taking on new challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Confluence Page Creation: Develop comprehensive Confluence pages for the Incentive Team and Sales Intelligence Team.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with Sales Incentive Team members to gather relevant information and content for the Confluence pages.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to interpret data related to incentives and sales intelligence, integrating findings into Confluence pages.
  • Visual Representation: Present data and information in visually appealing formats such as charts, graphs, and tables to enhance understanding and usability.
  • Documentation: Document processes, guidelines, and best practices for incentive management and sales intelligence on Confluence pages.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members from various departments to ensure alignment of information and objectives.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate necessary revisions or updates to Confluence pages.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to incentive management and sales intelligence, implementing improvements accordingly.
