Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales Managers and RVPs to organize and update Salesforce account information.
  • Ensure our CRM tools have clean data for our sales teams.
  • Research prospect, contact and persona details in SFDC and other tools to determine what is new in the enablement space.
  • Review opportunities and share past due activities with Sales every week.
  • Use LinkedIn and other resources to research prospects.
  • Research online courses and books to supplement role-based learning.
  • Pull CRM data on account inventory levels vs usage levels and propose new ordering suggestions.
  • Assist in managing sales campaigns and track weekly effectiveness.
  • Attend remote meetings with customers for note taking and sharing of information.
  • Maintain a convention sheet for each region detailing events, locations and dates along with attendance.
