Responsibilities

  • Develop knowledge and understanding of the OTC (Over the Counter)/ Personal Care industry and Opella CHC (Consumer Health Care) strategies and business practices
  • Support collaboration with the field-based teams, marketing and cross-functional resources to disseminate best practices, standard processes, and procedures to enable revenue growth
  • Support the development of customer/category assortment, merchandising, pricing, promotional, and shelving strategies and tactics in-line with respective Opella categories and customers
  • Support the management and development of trade strategies to drive sales, profit and ROI for the Opella portfolio of products
  • Utilize suite of tools and data resources to research and analyze trends to answer business questions and identify growth opportunities
  • Support the collaboration with retail customer teams participating in growth oriented annual business planning
  • Execute research and development of intern project and deliver final presentation to Opella leadership and peers
