Requirements

  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution during the length of the program and be able to provide documentation to confirm your degree progress
  • Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits)
  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week
  • Must be willing to work in Chicago, IL

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Desired Characteristics:
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and creative skills; Self-motivated; Poised, clear communicator
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; meet deadlines and work as part of a team while also being able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess sharp organizational skills and has excellent track record for following through on projects
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

  • Researching business categories, exploring new growth / emerging brands; lead generation
  • Navigating and learning effectively throughout a wide variety of platforms and avenues: Digital, Web Research, Mobile, Social Media, Sports, Television, Sponsorships
  • Assist with the creation of sales/marketing materials such as daily one-sheets, sales presentations and recaps, proof-of-performance executions, maintaining updated tracking documents, special requests
  • Attend both internal/external in-person/virtual client business meetings on a regular basis
  • Participate regularly in brainstorming sessions for the development of creative marketing solutions and ideas for current and potential clients
  • Collaborate with sales, programming, and marketing departments to bring partnerships and concepts to life
  • Execute all sales assignments for an extensive portfolio; Serving both local and national markets
  • Provide various administrative support on daily tasks
