Description

  • In this Internship, you will be instrumental in managing and maintaining the integrity of sales data within our customer relationship management (CRM) system. This role involves assisting with data cleanup, updating records, generating reports, and supporting the sales operations team in day-to-day management tasks.

Requirements

  • Junior or Senior by the start of the program.
  • Available to work in a Cosm Office (hybrid).
  • Available to work 20 hours per week during the defined Intern period.

Sales & Business Development

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the cleanup and maintenance of sales data within our CRM to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the sales operations team in the day-to-day management of the CRM system, including updating records, importing/exporting data, and troubleshooting minor issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure CRM data reflects current business processes and reporting requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data management protocols to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Generate and compile reports from our CRM, providing insights into sales activities, performance metrics, and other key business indicators.
  • Participate in CRM system enhancement projects, including testing new features and integrations.
  • Engage in special projects and perform additional duties to support the sales operations’ function.
