Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Experience with a bi-tool (Preferred – this is not required)
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills  

Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance current sales processes. Participate in account assignment and audit process.
  • Data Analysis: Help maintain the sales operations queue to support ongoing Sales support & reporting requests. Auditing assignments to monitor incoming revenue.
  • Systems and Dashboards: Assist in any CRM implementation and its related workflows.
  • Float amongst different teams to learn processes, systems and be a helping hand.
