  • To be eligible for the role you must align with the following:
  • Currently enrolled in post secondary education
  • A graduation date of no earlier than 4 months after the internship/co-op concludes
  • Not require sponsorship to work within the role now or in the future
  • Come in 2x per week to our Toronto office (all of our co-op roles are hybrid)


  • How you’ll lead:
  • Work alongside the Sales Group Manager to provide any support required, while also working with cross-functional teams
  • Shadow sales professionals on calls and observe their approaches
  • Meet with stakeholders in sales ops, analytics, sales, marketing and strategy to gain a better understanding of serving our customers
  • Desk research to provide in-depth understanding of sales processes, market conditions, and opportunities
  • Present findings to stakeholders and in team meetings with the larger Sales organization for QuickBooks Canada

The main focus of this role will be to provide a detailed process analysis of the tools and techniques our sales teams are using to better understand how we can equip them more effectively and streamline effective data insights and tool usage.

Will the Sales Process Analyst Co-op be working on projects with other departments?

Yes, in some cases the co-op will be supporting on-going projects with other departments in addition to leading their own project with guidance from the Sales Group Manager.
