  • Come in 2x per week to our Toronto office (all of our co-op roles are hybrid)

Responsibilities

  • How you’ll lead:
  • Work alongside the Sales Group Manager to provide any support required, while also working with cross-functional teams
  • Shadow sales professionals on calls and observe their approaches
  • Meet with stakeholders in sales ops, analytics, sales, marketing and strategy to gain a better understanding of serving our customers
  • Desk research to provide in-depth understanding of sales processes, market conditions, and opportunities
  • Present findings to stakeholders and in team meetings with the larger Sales organization for QuickBooks Canada
