Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a Bachelors or Master’s degree with at least one semester completed.
  • Ability to work 30 - 40 hours per week.
  • Minimum of overall GPA of at least 3.0.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Ability to interface with international, cross-functional and customer teams, including flexible work schedule, as necessary.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively follow-up on items.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales, Commercial Management, and Project Management roles within the Stellantis customer team, learning and supporting daily activities, including but not limited to:
  • Interact with cross functional teams (engineering, controlling, logistics, purchasing, industrialization, central sales, etc.), as necessary to support the Sales, Commercial, and Project Management team needs.
  • Track and process customer prototype orders and deliveries. For AN business unit orders this will include also preparing the quotation letters to the customer.
  • Support internal reporting and processes, including various data pulls, reviews, and presentation.
  • Oversee/manage prototype part inventory.
  • Monitor/respond to customer supplier portal inquiries/tickets.
  • Support customer deliveries for sample parts.
  • Support checking of prices in customer database and downloading of direct (piece price) and indirect (ED&D, samples, tooling) Purchase Orders (POs) from customer system (GPSIS).
  • Support maintenance of internal price tracking file including RMI quarterly updates, adding new parts, marking old parts as "EOS"
  • Assist with processing ECI pricing updates including verifying integrity of POs, and helping with processing of WorkOns
  • Request Goods Receipts (GR) from customer for samples and ED&D to facilitate invoicing
  • Support the Sales, Commercial, and Project Management team with new ideas for ways of working and streamlining activities.
