  • OneDigital Houston is looking for an emerging marketing professional to join the Sales & Retention team and assist in the development and adoption sales and retention across South Texas.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in sports related fields, business/economics, psychology or similar fields 
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details 
  • Effective in communicating to a variety of audiences both written and oral  
  • Work independently to complete tasks in timely manner

Responsibilities

  • This paid internship program exposes interns to all facets of employee benefits including selling to prospective customers, managing and renewing client, client strategy, presentation deliverables and carrier relationship management within the insurance industry. If you are a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic, excellent team skills and outstanding communication skills, we would like to speak with you. 
  • Responsibilities will include: 
  • Assisting with content development for new business marketing campaigns, including media (online and print), website and social, and branded collateral.  
  • Work with field sales consultants and subject matter experts to support meetings, events, and webinars to educate and engage clients and prospects  
  • Assist field consultants with communication strategy conversations and insurance needs for a client's employees
  • Assist with various vendor management related tasks including attending carrier meetings, planning events and building our already excellent brand in the South Texas market planning
  • Interact with a team of 30+ colleagues in a fast-paced high energy environment
  • Learn about corporate brand and compliance guidelines
