The candidate must have experience in data clean up, organization, and analysis, proficiency with Excel, basic programming skills, attention to detail, good organizational and planning skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, flexibility to adjust to changing demands, familiarity with CRMs and ERP software, previous work with Salesforce, and must be currently enrolled in a college or graduate school program.

The Salesforce Intern at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame will be responsible for data management, reporting, troubleshooting, CRM configuration, scripting, and attending meetings to support various projects such as data deduplication, report creation, UI improvements, and process documentation.
