Requirements

An undergraduate student in a four-year program with an expected graduation date between either December 2026 or May/June 2027.
Cumulative GPA is 3.5 or above.

Responsibilities

You will gain comprehensive training and an introduction to Santander CIB and its capabilities.
You will be combining this training with practical experience on both technical and interpersonal skills, helping your development during the Internship.
You will be working in an environment where teamwork and partnership is critical to deliver the best solution for our clients.
You will be partnered with a mentor, who is able to provide you with guidance and advice throughout the summer while immediately building your Santander network.
This program will provide the skills and hands-on experience about global markets strategies and asset classes while working alongside our experienced markets professionals.
You’ll learn about the solutions and insights we offer clients in any market conditions through data analysis.
You will help provide and analyze information needed to create the right solutions for our clients.
