  • Proof of Service Evidence Review: Review Proof of Service Evidence for CCF deals prior to submission to OEC to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Coordination: Act as a first point of contact coordinator between OEC, sales, and partners when evidence is sent for re-work
  • Escalations: Understand and determine when issues require escalation to the regional program leader
  • Program Coordination: Assist in the tracking of sales programs, including training initiatives and documenting program changes
  • AI: Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that AI chatbots for sales are effective and accurate
  • Backup: Act as a backup to the regional program leader as required
  • Education: Educate field and partners on proof requirements
