Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and entering the 4th or 5th year
  • Must be able to start and end the internship during the scheduled timeframe - June 10th to August 9th and commit to 35 hours per week
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Shown interest in medical communications and writing

Responsibilities

  • Help to create and review outlines and/or manuscripts for both branded and unbranded promotional materials
  • Assist in marking up client feedback into internal Workfront platform for assigned programs
  • Support submission processes by helping to prepare annotations for medical, legal, and regulatory review
  • Attend internal meetings (internal kick-offs, functional review calls, status meetings etc.) to learn about PRI’s capabilities and products
  • Create a presentation based on needs within the marketplace (topic to be decided) and a proposed new product offering that fills the gap
