  • Successful Security Engineer Intern candidates must:
  • Be in enrolled in a Master’s, or PhD program, preferably in Computer Science/Computer Engineering with specialization in Cybersecurity, graduating December 2025 or later.

Responsibilities

  • As part of the SDL team, your mission will be to ensure that all Juniper products are secure and safe to operate in their intended environments.
  • This includes performing penetration testing on both hardware and software products in our portfolio, creating reference designs and code for software and firmware security features, and conducting original research.
  • Additionally, you'll play a key role in evangelizing security engineering practices across the company, working on both short-term and long-term goals with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
