Requirements

  • Senior pursuing B.S. or M.S. students in Electrical/Computer Engineering
  • Strong programming skills (Python, C++, MATLAB)
  • Basic understanding of software development methodologies and frameworks
  • Basic understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals (transmission line theory, signals and systems, digital circuits, analog circuits)
  • Hands-on debug experience with test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes and BERTs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with software version control systems

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of software tools for result processing and debugging issues in an R&D test lab environment
  • Assist with design, creation, and testing of UIs for customer evaluations and marketing demonstrations
  • Ensure the reliability and performance of Synopsys' high-speed SerDes IP, contributing to the success of cutting-edge silicon chips
  • Drive the development and validation of innovative technologies that shape the future of electronics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to customers
